The Art of Film Editing: Six-Week Course

The six-week course is ideal for prospective editors, directors who plan to edit their own films, and anyone who wants to gain in-depth insight into the creative process of post-production. Students edit their own scenes from the class project (a real, full-length independent feature) and each student has a chance to work one-on-one with the film's director. Students leave with scenes for their reel, a credit on the finished film, and six weeks of real-world experience with editing and Final Cut Pro.
