FCP 300: Two-day Advanced Final Cut Pro Intensive
Course Description
This two day hands-on
course is designed to provide students with must-know professional
finishing techniques such as color-correction, compositing and
animation, nesting, advanced trimming, building effects, and working
with variable speeds. Advanced project management, how to work
with different video formats, and media management are also covered.
Who Should Attend?
This class is designed
for proficient Final Cut Pro editors who want to develop a fuller
set of professional editing and finishing skills.
All students receive the Apple course book Final Cut Pro 6: Beyond
the Basics. There is a maximum of eight students in each class,
and each student works at his or her own editing system.
The course cost is $850.
Prerequisites
Students must have
completed one of the following prerequisites: FCP 100, FCP 200,
The Six-week Art of Editing Course, or have been working with
Final Cut Pro for over one year.
Schedule
FCP 300 is taught Saturday
and Sunday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
